The Paparazzi
Teenagers are so innocent and polite in India that it never bothered me when they asked to "have a photo" of me or with me. Sri Lankans, on the other hand, just start snapping photos with their cell phones and giggling to the point that it can be pretty dang irritating. I tried a new approach with the kids that were capturing my every movement on the beach this morning: negotiation.
